How I look after your information
This policy explains what I collect when you use this website, why I collect it, who I share it with, and the rights you have over it. I keep it plain and honest, the same way I run everything else.

Who I am
Guest & Go is a service run by Willow Pagin, trading as Guest & Go (“I”, “me”). I am the data controller for the information described here. You can reach me at guestandgo@wisaai.co.uk. If you would like a postal address for written correspondence, just ask and I will provide one.
What I collect, and when
I only collect what you choose to give me. There is no account to create and no tracking of you around the web.
- When you ask for an estimate. If you use the estimate tool and enter your email address to have your estimate sent to you, I collect your email address together with the answers you gave: the kind of property you run, how many units or rooms it has, roughly how many hours a week certain jobs take you, and the concerns you ticked. I also keep the bundle I suggested, so I can pick up the conversation where you left it.
- When you book a call. The booking page uses Calendly. When you book, you give Calendly your name, email address and chosen time, and that booking is passed to me. Calendly handles this on its own booking pages under its own privacy policy.
- When you email me. If you write to me directly, I keep your message and email address so I can reply.
I do not ask for, and do not want, any sensitive information, card or bank details, or passwords through this website.
Why I use it, and my lawful basis
I use your information only to do the thing you asked for and to follow up sensibly:
- To email you the estimate you requested, and to arrange your free audit if you would like one. My basis for this is your consent, given when you submit your details.
- To respond to enquiries and booked calls, and to talk to you about whether my service is a fit. My basis for this is my legitimate interest in answering people who get in touch.
I do not sell your information, I do not share it for anyone else’s marketing, and I will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. You can opt out or ask me to stop at any time.
If you are staying somewhere that uses the Guidebook
Everything above is about people who get in touch with me about my service. This part is different, and it is for guests.
If you are staying at a property that uses the Guest & Go Guidebook, the property owner decides what happens to your information, not me. I run the guidebook on their behalf and act on their instructions. If you want to see what is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, speak to the property, and they will come to me if they need to.
- The tablet in your room keeps nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, and nothing you do carries over to the next guest.
- If you ask the concierge a question, the question is sent to Anthropic to produce the answer and then it is gone. It is not kept, it is not attached to your name, it is not used to train anything, and no history is carried from one question to the next.
- If you report a problem or ask for something, the name, unit and message you give are sent to the property owner so they can actually do something about it, and are stored on a private board that only the owner and I can see.
- If you buy an extra, such as a welcome hamper, you pay the property through Stripe on your own phone. Your card details go to Stripe and never to me or to the tablet.
Guest requests are kept for no longer than 12 months, and then deleted.
Who else touches your information
I keep my tools lean, but a few trusted services help me run the site and reach you. Each acts on my instructions or under its own policy:
- Make (Celigo, Inc.) receives what you submit through the estimate tool and forwards it to me by email. It is the pipe between the form and my inbox.
- Google (Workspace / Gmail) is where I receive and store the emails containing your enquiry.
- Calendly runs the booking page and processes the details you enter when you book a call.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on these pages. Because the fonts load from Google’s servers, Google receives your device’s IP address when a page loads. I do not use this for tracking.
- Anthropic powers the guidebook concierge. A guest’s question is sent there to produce an answer, and is not used to train models.
- Notion holds the private board where a guest’s request is recorded for the property owner to act on.
- Vercel hosts the guidebook itself.
- Stripe takes payment if a guest buys an extra. Card details go to Stripe and never to me.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
The estimate tool itself does not set cookies and does not track you. The Calendly booking area may set cookies that are needed for the booking to work; these are managed by Calendly. If I add anything beyond that in future, I will update this page first.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry details only as long as I reasonably need them to follow up and, if you become a client, for as long as we work together. If nothing comes of an enquiry, I delete it within 24 months. You can ask me to delete your details sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask me to:
- show you a copy of the information I hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information, or stop using it;
- hand it back to you in a portable form.
To do any of these, just email guestandgo@wisaai.co.uk and I will sort it, normally within one month. If you are ever unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though I hope you would give me the chance to put it right first.
Changes to this policy
If I change how I handle your information, I will update this page and the date at the top. This is the current version.
Questions about any of this? Write to me at guestandgo@wisaai.co.uk.
