How I look after your information

This policy explains what I collect when you use this website, why I collect it, who I share it with, and the rights you have over it. I keep it plain and honest, the same way I run everything else.

Last updated 21 August 2026

Who I am

Guest & Go is a service run by Willow Pagin, trading as Guest & Go (“I”, “me”). I am the data controller for the information described here. You can reach me at guestandgo@wisaai.co.uk. If you would like a postal address for written correspondence, just ask and I will provide one.

What I collect, and when

I only collect what you choose to give me. There is no account to create and no tracking of you around the web.

I do not ask for, and do not want, any sensitive information, card or bank details, or passwords through this website.

Why I use it, and my lawful basis

I use your information only to do the thing you asked for and to follow up sensibly:

I do not sell your information, I do not share it for anyone else’s marketing, and I will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. You can opt out or ask me to stop at any time.

If you are staying somewhere that uses the Guidebook

Everything above is about people who get in touch with me about my service. This part is different, and it is for guests.

If you are staying at a property that uses the Guest & Go Guidebook, the property owner decides what happens to your information, not me. I run the guidebook on their behalf and act on their instructions. If you want to see what is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, speak to the property, and they will come to me if they need to.

Guest requests are kept for no longer than 12 months, and then deleted.

Who else touches your information

I keep my tools lean, but a few trusted services help me run the site and reach you. Each acts on my instructions or under its own policy:

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

The estimate tool itself does not set cookies and does not track you. The Calendly booking area may set cookies that are needed for the booking to work; these are managed by Calendly. If I add anything beyond that in future, I will update this page first.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry details only as long as I reasonably need them to follow up and, if you become a client, for as long as we work together. If nothing comes of an enquiry, I delete it within 24 months. You can ask me to delete your details sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask me to:

To do any of these, just email guestandgo@wisaai.co.uk and I will sort it, normally within one month. If you are ever unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though I hope you would give me the chance to put it right first.

Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle your information, I will update this page and the date at the top. This is the current version.

Questions about any of this? Write to me at guestandgo@wisaai.co.uk.
